1. Nan Zao  南枣
2. Red Date  红枣
3. Yu Zhu 玉竹
4. Wolfberry (Large)  枸杞子
5. Bai Gan Ginseng  白干参
6. Bei Qi 北芪


Cooking Methods 煮法:
- Blanch the chicken/meat in boiling water.
